Johnny Depp was decked out in plaid as he arrived at the Nice airport earlier today with the singer Patti Smith. He brought along his guitar and a coffee, looking ready to switch from movie to music mode. Johnny’s enjoying a little well-earned time off, after spending the last few months appearing at Comic-Con and promoting Public Enemies. He has more chill time ahead before The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus hits screens on Christmas.

September 11th, 2009Irish actor Colin Farrell could be set to take over from Johnny Depp in a new movie by Terry Gilliam, according to reports.
Depp, 46, was reportedly originally set to play the role of advertising executive Tony Grisoni in The Man Who Killed Don Quixote.
